Return & Refund Policy – Movara Movement

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

  • We accept returns of Defective Items within 14 Days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at movaramovement@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and an image of the defective product.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
